A massive fire broke out in SC Colony of Batwanpalli village, Bellampalli mandal, on Sunday afternoon. The fire completely destroyed a shed belonging to a laborer named Idigirala Bheemayya.

The fire was reportedly caused by an electric short circuit. Luckily, no one was home at the time, so there were no injuries. However, the fire destroyed household items, essential goods, clothes, gold ornaments worth 2 tolas, and Rs 80,000 in cash. It also burned important documents, including degree certificates belonging to Bheemayya’s son, Mahesh.

Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and managed to put out the flames. Unfortunately, by the time they controlled the fire, the shed had been reduced to ashes.
