    Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed education department officials to ensure the timely completion of the Young India Integrated Residential Schools project in all assembly constituencies. He stressed the importance of proper planning to meet deadlines.

    During a review meeting with senior education officials, the Chief Minister evaluated the progress of land acquisition and other necessary preparations for the schools.

    Fast-Tracking Approvals and Site Selection

    Revanth Reddy instructed officials to speed up permissions and infrastructure work in areas where land has already been allocated. He emphasized the need to assess whether the proposed sites were suitable for residential schools. If any locations were found unsuitable, officials were asked to identify alternative sites.

    Land Acquisition to be Expedited

    The Chief Minister also directed district collectors to personally inspect sites, finalize land acquisition, and submit a report within a week. In constituencies where land is already secured, construction must start immediately. The goal is to complete 100% of the required infrastructure in 105 constituencies within the next two years.

    Development of Veeranari Chakali Ilamma Women’s University

    Apart from the school project, Revanth Reddy reaffirmed the government’s commitment to funding the development of Veeranari Chakali Ilamma Women’s University. He stressed the need to build high-quality infrastructure that would meet future academic and institutional needs.

    The Telangana government’s focus on integrated residential education is part of its broader effort to improve educational facilities across the state.
