    KTR Criticizes Congress for Poor Flood Response in Khammam

    BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) expressed disappointment over the defeat of former minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar in the recent elections. He stated that Khammam had seen significant development under the BRS government.

    Speaking about the current situation in Khammam, KTR criticized the Congress government and its ministers from the district. He accused them of failing to handle the recent floods effectively. Despite having three ministers from Khammam, he said none of them took proper action during the crisis.

    KTR also claimed that Congress leaders lacked urgency in responding to the disaster. He pointed out that they did not even consider using a helicopter to rescue a family trapped in the floods. He strongly condemned their inaction and questioned their commitment to the people of Khammam.

    His remarks come as BRS continues to challenge the Congress government’s handling of governance and disaster management in Telangana.
