Adilabad District Collector Rajarshi Shah emphasized the importance of respecting other cultures while preserving our own.
A district-level tribal culture program was held at the Zilla Parishad High School in Indravelli. The event aimed to celebrate and promote tribal traditions.
Collector Rajarshi Shah attended as the chief guest. He highlighted that India is home to many different races, cultures, and perspectives. He explained that learning from each other’s traditions can strengthen human bonds.
He also stressed the importance of teaching children about Gond culture, including its painting, dance, and the traditional Gussadi Dinsa dance. During the event, he was impressed by the Gussadi topi and even joined the students in a dance.
The Collector encouraged everyone to continue practicing and preserving their cultural traditions. Other officials, including Sub-Collector Yuvraj Marmat, Adilabad DEO Pranitha, and Tehsildar Praveen, also took part in the program.
