    IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu entered politics during tough times to serve people and carry on his father Sripada Rao’s legacy. He has always supported the people of Manthani and has a smart approach to handling challenges. Sridhar Babu has now surpassed both his father and former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao by winning the Manthani assembly seat five times.

    Under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Minister Sridhar Babu, the Telangana government is creating new job opportunities for young people. Sridhar Babu is working closely with international investors to bring businesses to Telangana.

    During a recent visit to Singapore and Davos with CM Revanth Reddy, Sridhar Babu helped secure investment deals worth over ₹1.79 lakh crore, which is four times more than the previous year’s ₹45,000 crore.

    As part of the “Telangana Rising to No 1” mission, Sridhar Babu aims to make Telangana a ₹1 trillion economy. He promotes Telangana as a business-friendly state, focusing on global investments in technology and sustainable development. His efforts have attracted major investors to Telangana.

    Sridhar Babu has encouraged companies to invest in advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Quantum Computing. He envisions Hyderabad as the “Skill Capital” and “AI City,” a futuristic hub built from scratch.

    In Singapore, Sridhar Babu played a key role in signing an MOU between ITE-Singapore and Young India Skill University. ITE-Singapore is known for world-class skill training, helping students gain job-ready skills. He also partnered with the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association to strengthen Telangana’s semiconductor sector.

    Big companies are making significant investments in Telangana. Amazon is investing over ₹60,000 crore to expand data centers in Hyderabad. Sun Petrochemicals is developing hydro and solar power projects worth ₹45,500 crore, creating 7,000 jobs. Megha Engineering is working on a ₹15,000 crore renewable energy project.

    Other major investments include Tillman Global Holdings’ ₹15,000 crore data center, CtrlS Datacenters’ ₹10,000 crore digital infrastructure project, and Sify Technologies’ ₹10,000 crore AI hub in Warangal. Mytrah Energy is investing ₹7,000 crore in solar cell and module units.

    Ramku Group is investing ₹5,000 crore in an industrial park, eco port, and dry port. Ursa Clusters is setting up a ₹5,000 crore data center. ST Telemedia Global Data Center is planning a ₹3,500 crore AI-enabled data center in Hyderabad, while CapitaLand is investing ₹450 crore in an IT park.

    Skyroot Aerospace is establishing a private rocket manufacturing facility in Telangana with a ₹500 crore investment. This will be one of India’s largest private-sector rocket production units.

    Sridhar Babu also discussed Wipro’s expansion in Gopanpally, which will create 5,000 jobs, and Infosys’ expansion in Pocharam, generating 15,000 jobs. He explored partnerships for smart city solutions and green IT initiatives.

    JSW Group is investing ₹800 crore in a UAV manufacturing facility, boosting the defense and aerospace industry. In agriculture, Agility is setting up an Agri-Tech Hub worth ₹400 crore, and Suhana Masala is making agriculture-related investments.

    Telangana is receiving investments across multiple sectors, including Agriculture, Services, Innovation, and Manufacturing, helping to develop Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. The state is also launching key initiatives such as Young Skills University, BFSI Consortium, Centers of Excellence, and Advanced Technology Centers.
