CM Revanth Reddy Mourns the Passing of Aga Khan
Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy expressed his sorrow over the passing of Aga Khan, the spiritual leader of the Ismaili Muslim community and a Padma Vibhushan awardee. He described Aga Khan’s death as a great loss to humanity.
Aga Khan was widely recognized for his humanitarian work. Through the Aga Khan Foundation, he established hospitals, schools, and cultural institutions in different countries. The Chief Minister highlighted his contributions to society and praised his efforts in improving people’s lives.
Revanth Reddy noted that Aga Khan played a key role in poverty alleviation, heritage conservation, medical services, and education. He also appreciated the contributions of Aga Khan Foundation institutions in Hyderabad, calling them commendable.
The Chief Minister admired Aga Khan for upholding high values and promoting human dignity throughout his life. He extended his deepest condolences to Aga Khan’s family, followers, and descendants.
