Gadwal: SP Highlights Commitment to Resolving Public Grievances
District Superintendent of Police (SP) T. Srinivas Rao IPS has assured the public of the police department’s dedication to addressing grievances quickly and effectively. Speaking at a recent Public Grievance Day program, the SP personally listened to complaints from eight individuals and instructed the concerned officials to start immediate investigations to ensure justice is served promptly.
The SP emphasized the importance of avoiding delays in the investigation of cases registered across police stations in the district. He urged officers to work swiftly and efficiently to resolve cases, ensuring that victims receive timely justice.
During the event, which was held at the SP’s office, the following types of complaints were raised:
– Land Disputes: 2 complaints
– Sibling Disputes: 1 complaint
– Husband Harassment: 1 complaint
– Other Issues: 4 complaints
The program was attended by DSP V. Mogilayya and Gadwal CI T. Sreenu. Both officials actively participated in addressing the grievances and provided necessary instructions to ensure the issues were resolved without delay.
