Hanamkonda: Warangal Police Commissioner Amber Kishore Jha has urged two-wheeler riders to wear helmets to protect their lives and ensure the well-being of their families.
On Wednesday, the Commissioner attended a bike rally as the chief guest. The rally was organized by the Road Transport Department to mark National Road Safety Month. Additional DCP of the Administration Department, Ravi, flagged off the event.
During his speech at the rally, Commissioner Jha stressed the importance of following traffic rules. He encouraged all motorists to make helmet usage a habit, as most deaths in two-wheeler accidents are caused by head injuries.
He also expressed concern about the loss of lives due to road accidents. The Commissioner reiterated that the police department’s primary goal is to ensure the safety of every motorist and their safe arrival at their destination.
