    Hyderabad: The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH), has started conducting interviews to confirm the positions of Assistant Professors in affiliated private colleges.

    The interviews began on Friday and will continue until January 20. This process is being managed by JNTUH officials, including in-charge Vice-Chancellor Prof. V Balakista Reddy, Rector Prof. K Vijayakumar Reddy, and Registrar Dr. K Venkateswara Rao.

    As part of the process, the Vice-Chancellor, along with key officials such as Dr. S Thara Kalyani (Director of the Affiliation Audit Cell), Prof. B Ravindra Reddy (Autonomous Director), and Dr. B Swetha (Deputy Director), reviewed the ongoing activities. They assessed the management and procedures of the programme and gathered feedback about its operations. The Vice-Chancellor also spoke with candidates attending the interviews, asking them various questions in the presence of the panel members.

    In addition to the interviews, JNTUH recently completed the second phase of its ‘Campus Clean’ programme at the Boys’ Hostel. This initiative was led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. V Balakista Reddy, with active involvement from university officials, NSS volunteers, and both teaching and non-teaching staff.

    During the event, the Vice-Chancellor encouraged students to maintain healthy habits and lead disciplined lives.
