    Gandhi Shilp Bazaar Kicks Off at Shilparamam

    The Gandhi Shilp Bazaar was inaugurated on Wednesday at Shilparamam in Hyderabad. The event was formally opened by Lakshman Rao Atkuri, the Regional Director of the Southern Region Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), along with Aparna, the Additional Director.

    This vibrant handicrafts fair features the participation of around 150 artisans from across the country. The mela, which offers a wide array of traditional crafts, will run until January 17.

    Visitors can explore a variety of handmade items at the bazaar. These include wooden dolls, folk paintings, hand-printed dress materials, and sarees. Other highlights include silver filigree work, Bidri art, bamboo and cane products, tie-and-dye textiles, lacework, toys, and dry flowers, among many other unique crafts.

    The Gandhi Shilp Bazaar provides a platform to celebrate and support the rich heritage of Indian handicrafts while offering shoppers a chance to take home exquisite, handcrafted treasures.
