    Hyderabad: The State government has approved the release of Rs 12.30 crore for Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s upcoming visit to Davos in January. The CM will lead an official delegation to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting, scheduled to take place from January 20 to 24.

    The delegation will include State IT and Industry Minister D Sridhar Babu, alongside other officials. They plan to use this opportunity to meet with global investors and encourage them to invest in Telangana. The focus will be on attracting investments in sectors like IT, IT-enabled services (ITES), manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.

    State IT Secretary Jayesh Ranjan issued orders confirming the allocation of funds for the trip. Officials explained that the visit aims to showcase Telangana’s potential as a hub for various industries and to foster international partnerships that could boost the State’s economic growth.
