    Hyderabad: The Pahadi Shareef police are currently investigating an incident where actor Mohan Babu allegedly attacked TV9 reporter Ranjith. Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu has stated that the investigation is following proper legal procedures and there has been no delay in arresting Mohan Babu.

    The High Court has granted Mohan Babu an exemption from arrest until the 24th of this month. The police are considering questioning him, but they will first need to obtain permission from the court to proceed.

    As part of the investigation, police disclosed that Mohan Babu owns two licensed guns. One of these guns has already been surrendered in Chandragiri, but there is still uncertainty about the status of the second firearm.

    Commissioner Sudheer Babu also issued a warning that legal action will be taken if Mohan Babu does not cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
