The Collector announced that a total of 18 examination centers have been set up across the district to conduct the exams scheduled for December 15 and 16. He stressed that candidates appearing for the exams must be provided with all necessary facilities to avoid any inconvenience.

To ensure proper monitoring, the Collector instructed chief supervisors to install CCTV cameras in examination rooms. He also emphasized the need for adequate furniture, proper lighting, and other essential arrangements at the centers. The exams will consist of two papers held in two sessions each day — one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The Collector outlined strict guidelines for maintaining discipline during the exams. Unauthorized items like cell phones, electronic devices, and shoes must be left outside the exam center gates and stored until the exams are over. He advised candidates to arrive at the centers at least one hour before the scheduled start time. Gates will close promptly at 9:30 am for the morning session and 2:30 pm for the afternoon session, with no late entries allowed.

During his inspection of the PTG Gurukula Boys School examination center, the Collector provided additional suggestions to officials to ensure smooth conduct of the exams. He urged all officials to work in coordination and fulfill their assigned duties responsibly to maintain a peaceful examination environment.

Chief supervisors, department officials, and other concerned staff were present during the Collector’s visit.
