SCR officials have urged passengers to avoid lighting camphor or engaging in similar activities onboard trains. It has been observed that some pilgrims light camphor, perform aarti, and use matchsticks or incense sticks inside train coaches as part of their religious practices. These actions involve inflammable materials and are strictly prohibited, as they pose serious fire hazards. Such activities could endanger lives and cause damage to railway property.
