Karimnagar: The Karimnagar District Co-operative Central Bank (KDCCB) has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning a prestigious national award in the cooperative banking sector. The award, recognizing the bank as the best cooperative bank for 2023-24, was presented by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Tuesday. KDCCB Chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao and CEO N Satyanarayana Rao received the honor on behalf of the bank.
This is not the first time KDCCB has earned national recognition. The bank previously secured the National Federation of State Cooperative Banks Limited (NAFSCAB) All India Best Award in 2020-21 and 2021-22. Impressively, Karimnagar DCCB has now won the All India Award for the eighth consecutive year, standing out among 393 District Co-operative Central Banks (DCCBs) across the country.
The selection process for this recognition involved a detailed analysis of the performance of all 393 DCCBs over the past three years. After thorough evaluation, the Karimnagar District Co-operative Central Bank Ltd was chosen as the best cooperative bank in India.
KDCCB Chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao expressed his joy and pride upon receiving the award. He credited the achievement to the dedicated efforts of the bank’s management and staff. Similarly, CEO Satyanarayana Rao conveyed his gratitude, acknowledging the hard work and commitment of the entire team that made this success possible.
