Bridge Near Valmiki Temple Requires Urgent Attention

In Gadwal, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Ayija Town General Secretary, Kompati Bhagat Reddy, has raised concerns about the condition of the bridge near the Valmiki Temple. To address these issues, he led a delegation of BJP leaders to meet with municipal officials and submitted a formal petition.

The petition was handed over to Ayija Municipality Assistant Engineer, Rajasekhar, urging immediate action. The delegation emphasized the need to either close or reconstruct the bridge with better infrastructure to resolve safety and traffic concerns.

Another key demand was the widening of the main road that connects the Pedda Vagu Bridge to the Valmiki Temple. This improvement, they argued, would help ease traffic congestion and enhance accessibility to the temple.

In addition, the delegation requested the construction of a pedestrian walkway over an existing drainage near the temple. This would provide a safe and convenient path for devotees and local residents.

The program saw participation from several BJP leaders, including District OBC Morcha Executive Members Lakshmanachari, B. Nagaraju, Bheemanna, Chinna Anjaneyulu, and P. Ramudu. They urged municipal authorities to treat these proposals as a top priority for the benefit of the community.
