    CM Revanth Reddy Urges People to Celebrate Praja Palana Vijayotsavalu

    Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has called on the people of Telangana to participate in the ‘Praja Palana Vijayotsavalu’ celebrations, which will take place across the state from December 1 to 10. The celebrations are aimed at highlighting the progress made during his administration’s first year.

    As part of the festivities, CM Revanth Reddy will unveil the statue of Telangana Thalli on the Secretariat premises on December 9. For this grand event, 1,000 Mahila Shakti representatives from each constituency will be invited. A total of 1 lakh women group members are expected to attend the unveiling ceremony, with detailed arrangements already underway.

    The Chief Minister held a meeting on Saturday at the Secretariat to discuss preparations for the celebrations. He instructed officials to ensure that all events are conducted smoothly. The meeting was attended by prominent figures, including Ministers D Sridhar Babu and Ponnam Prabhakar, government advisors K Keshava Rao, V Narender Reddy, and Srinivasa Raju, as well as Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari and DGP Jitender.

    On December 4, a victory rally will be organized in Peddapalli district, focusing on unemployed youths. During the rally, appointment letters will be distributed to 9,000 selected candidates from various recruitment drives, including Group 4 posts.

    The Chief Minister also proposed department-wise programs to be conducted from December 1. A schedule is being prepared for different development activities, such as foundation stone laying and inauguration ceremonies. Ministers have been tasked with explaining their department’s achievements over the past year and sharing future plans with the public through daily media interactions.

    The main celebrations will occur on December 7, 8, and 9, featuring a festive atmosphere across Hyderabad. Events will be held at the Secretariat, Tank Bund, and Necklace Road. The festivities will include cultural programs to showcase Telangana’s rich heritage, such as musical performances, air shows, drone displays, and exhibitions. Various stalls will also be set up to create an engaging experience for attendees.

    The Chief Minister has directed police officials to manage traffic efficiently during the celebrations to avoid disruptions in Hyderabad. Roads near the Secretariat, Tank Bund, and Necklace Road will be diverted to ensure smooth conduct of the events.

    This week-long celebration aims to bring the community together while showcasing the achievements and cultural pride of Telangana.
