Musi River Revitalization Yatra Begins in Yadadri
Today, the Musi Punarujjeevana Sankalpa Yatra (Musi River Revitalization Yatra) officially starts in Yadadri district. The event is aimed at restoring the Musi River and improving the surrounding environment. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will attend several events to support this cause and also review ongoing development activities at the Yadagirigutta temple.
The day kicks off at 10:00 AM with the Chief Minister visiting the Yadagirigutta temple. During this visit, he will hold a review meeting to discuss the progress of development projects at the temple. At 12:00 PM, the Musi Punarujjeevana Sankalpa Yatra will officially begin from Sangem. The yatra, which is a foot march, will follow a route along the Musi River canal. It will travel through Bheemapur, Dharmareddipally Canal, and continue to Nagireddipally. The purpose of this march is to raise awareness about the need to conserve rivers and protect natural water bodies in the state.
Later, at 4:30 PM, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will address the public at Nagireddipally. In his speech, he will outline the government’s plans for reviving the Musi River and developing the surrounding areas.
