Hyderabad: Members of various animal welfare organizations visited Hyderabad MP and AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi at the MIM party office on Sunday. During the meeting, they presented him with a memento called “Love for Cow.”
While interacting with the group, Asaduddin Owaisi shared some words of encouragement. He said, “Do good deeds and leave the rest to Allah (God).” He emphasized the importance of doing the best one can for the people and assured that his party leaders are always available to help whenever needed.
Owaisi also took the opportunity to remember and praise the late Ramesh Jagirdar, a senior Hindi journalist and founder of several animal welfare organizations. He described Jagirdar as a brave social reformer and a person who made countless contributions to both society and the nation.
During the meeting, Jasmat Patel, Chairman of the “Love for Cow Foundation,” along with Managing Trustee Ridesh Jagirdar and Trustee R K Jain, informed Owaisi about the various activities carried out by their organization. Patel mentioned the foundation’s ongoing campaign, encouraging people to save and donate at least one rupee a day, which adds up to Rs 365 a year, for the welfare of cows, a cause they refer to as ‘Gau Seva.’
The group also emphasized to the MP the importance of preserving cows for the benefit of future generations.
