    Kothagudem: Superintendent of Police (SP) B Rohith Raju has advised district police officers and staff to stay strong and not let personal problems overwhelm them or cause stress.

    Speaking during a virtual conference with police officials on Wednesday, the SP expressed concern about recent incidents in the department. He referred to the recent suicides of police officers and urged everyone not to let minor issues lead to mental stress.

    The SP emphasized that police officers need to be both mentally and physically tough. He also reminded them of the importance of maintaining the department’s reputation by performing their duties ethically and efficiently.

    He praised the district police for their efforts in maintaining peace and order, handling flood-related tasks, controlling Maoist activities, and preventing the smuggling of illegal substances like ganja.

    During the meeting, some officers shared their concerns with the SP, and he assured them that he would work on finding solutions to their problems.
