As Dussehra celebrations begin, Hyderabad city has become much quieter. Many residents are leaving the city to celebrate the festival in their hometowns and villages. As a result, many roads in the city are almost empty, creating a scene that feels like a curfew.

However, outside the city, traffic has become a major issue. On the Vijayawada Highway, there have been heavy traffic jams. One of the worst-affected areas is near Kethapalli Mandal in Nalgonda district, especially around the Karrlapadu village.

To manage the traffic, toll gate staff have opened six toll booths on the Vijayawada-bound route. They also set up a seventh booth for emergency services, such as VIP vehicles and ambulances, to help them pass through quickly.
