Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force, South West zone, arrested four interstate drug peddlers who were carrying narcotic substances. The police recovered 144.72 grams of organic ganja, two kilograms of weed, hashish oil, and five cell phones. The total value of the seized items is estimated to be Rs 30 lakh.
In the first case, at Habeeb Nagar police station, the South West zone team arrested three individuals involved in drug peddling. They were found with organic ganja in the Ravindra Bharathi school lane, Mallepally.
The three arrested suspects are Syed Abdullah, Anas Ahmed, and Irfan Raju. During the operation, the police also seized Rs 8 lakh from them.
In another case, the police seized two kilograms of weed and hashish oil worth Rs 20 lakh. They arrested Hantal Gobardhan, also known as Govardhan, from Odisha for his involvement in the crime.
