    Hyderabad: Minister Ponnam Prabhakar has assured the public that there have been no changes made to the Musi buffer zone or the Full Tank Level (FTL) areas. Addressing concerns about people living along the Musi riverbed, he confirmed that a survey is currently being conducted. The government is also planning to offer proper rehabilitation to the affected residents.

    The minister encouraged the public to share their opinions with him directly, highlighting that the government values public input. He said, “If you have love for the people, come and share your thoughts with me.”

    In a major announcement, Prabhakar revealed that the government is considering a project to bring water from the Godavari River to the Musi River. The project is estimated to cost ₹5,500 crore. This plan aims to improve the condition of the Musi River and help address water shortages in the area.

    The minister also criticized the BJP and BRS parties, accusing them of secretly working together. He further warned that legal action would be taken against individuals who engage in personal attacks on social media.
