    Hyderabad:

Officials have begun marking houses in the Musi riverbed areas of Patha Basti, Chaderghat, Musa Nagar, and Shankar Nagar. This is part of the HYDRA project, a government initiative aimed at relocating residents and providing them with new 2-bedroom flats.

There are approximately 2,100 houses in these areas. The officials are working on assessing and marking these properties. However, many residents are unhappy with the process. They are concerned and trying to stop the officials from continuing their work.

Despite the protests, the government has promised that all affected families will receive new housing as part of the rehabilitation plan.
