    Hyderabad: The State Director General of Police, Jitender, has announced that preparations are in place to prevent traffic jams at Hussain Sagar during the Ganesh idol immersion on Wednesday, which falls on a working day.

    The DGP mentioned that the procession and immersion at Hussain Sagar are expected to continue for a second day. To ensure smooth traffic flow, the police are coordinating efforts to regulate vehicles around the area.

    Jitender also added that no major incidents were reported in Hyderabad or other parts of the state. The police and civic authorities have ensured that proper arrangements are in place at all water bodies for the safe immersion of idols.
