Gadwal: BSP Leader Calls for Urgent Road Repairs
Bandi S. Raju, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader in charge of the Gadwal constituency, has raised concerns about the severely damaged road connecting Aiza and Gadwal. Recent heavy rains have worsened the condition of the road, creating numerous potholes that make travel difficult for the local people.
Speaking at an event in Maldakal Mandal, S. Raju highlighted the struggles faced by the public due to the poor condition of the road. He stated, “The road has become almost unusable, and the people are suffering. Despite knowing about this issue, local representatives, including the MLA, have ignored it. We urge the authorities to take immediate action and begin repairs.”
The BSP leader also warned that if the government does not act, the party would organize large-scale protests. He criticized the ruling parties for neglecting their responsibilities after being elected, leaving important infrastructure like roads in a state of disrepair.
Raju, along with other BSP leaders, visited the affected areas and demanded the government start road repairs quickly. “If the government does not act, we will have to intensify our protests to ensure the public’s needs are met,” Raju stated.
The event was attended by several BSP leaders, including Maldakal Mandal President Uligaddala Govind and General Secretary Naresh.
