    Hyderabad: The BJP state party meeting, attended by State secretaries, district presidents, and important leaders, decided to celebrate “Har Ghar Tiranga” on Independence Day, August 15.

    BJP state general secretary Kasani Venkateswarlu announced this to the media on Tuesday. The meeting discussed the details of organizing “Har Ghar Tiranga” in all districts on August 7. They planned to hoist the tricolor on every household in villages on August 8 and 9.

    On August 10 and 11, party members will clean areas around statues of freedom fighters and pay tribute to their contributions to the independence movement. They will also observe the Swachh Bharat program at important memorials. Additionally, the BJYM will organize “Trianga Yatra” in all districts, assembly, mandal, and municipal areas on August 11 and 13.

    The BJP Mahila Morcha will conduct bike rallies in all district headquarters on August 12. From August 13 to 15, party members will visit every house to encourage people to participate in the “Har Ghar Tiranga” program. On August 13, there will be community singing of the national anthem at prominent places in the state and district, involving notable people and social workers.

    August 14 will be observed as Memorial Day to remember the pains and sufferings of the partition of the country. Meetings will be organized in districts to raise awareness about the incidents of mass murders and the plight of people forced to flee for their lives.

    On August 15, the national flag will be hoisted in all polling booths and mandal and district headquarters.
