Hyderabad: Boy Severely Injured in Stray Dog Attack
A young boy in Ayija Municipality, Alampur Constituency, Jogulamba Gadwal District, was seriously injured by stray dogs. The boy, the son of Bhimesh Reddy, was playing near his father’s shop at Kurnool Chowrastha when the attack happened. He is now receiving treatment at a private hospital in Kurnool. This incident has raised concerns about the increasing number of stray dog attacks in the area.
This is not an isolated event. Many children across the state have been injured or even killed by stray dogs. In Aiza town, dog attacks on children have become common. Despite this, municipal leaders and officials have not taken effective action, causing frustration and fear among residents.
A recent attack on school children in Ward 16 received no response on social media or from officials. This lack of action has led the people of Aiza to demand immediate measures to protect their children from future attacks.
The municipal commissioner, when contacted by The Hans India, stated that plans are being made to form an agreement with stray dog catchers. They believe this will help solve the stray dog problem soon.
Parents and residents of Aiza town are urging authorities to speed up these measures to prevent more incidents and ensure the safety of their children.
