The Chief Secretary mentioned that many ponds and water bodies are already full due to the rains, and precautionary measures should be taken to prevent breaches. She announced that NDRF teams are being deployed in Bhadradri Kothagudem and Mulugu districts as a precaution. She also emphasized that special control rooms should be established in all districts.

District Collectors have been advised to reach out for urgent help if needed. Precautionary measures should be focused mainly on low-lying areas, ensuring no one crosses streams during floods.
