In Hyderabad, areas like Mehdipatnam, Nampally, Masab Tank, and Uppal experienced heavy rain, leading to flooding in some places. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has advised residents to stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel.

GHMC has also set up call centers for those who need help. You can reach GHMC at 040-21111111 and the Disaster Response Force (DRF) at 9000113667.

In Bhadradri Kothagudem district, the Peddavagu project dam has flooded due to the heavy rain.
