District Collector C Narayana Reddy in Nalgonda has instructed officials to address public grievances quickly. During the Prajavani program, the Collector received complaints from the public on Monday.
Reddy emphasized the importance of resolving complaints promptly at all levels. He stressed that delays should not be tolerated and that following the same procedure at the mandal and village levels would help resolve complaints efficiently.
A total of 78 complaints were received on Monday, covering a range of issues such as personal matters, land disputes, employment concerns, job opportunities, and hostel seat availability.
