    Telangana police arrested Aman Preet Singh, brother of Bollywood actor Rakul Preet Singh, and four others in connection with a drugs case involving cocaine being brought to Hyderabad for sale. The anti-narcotics department busted the drug racket and identified 30 customers, including Aman Preet Singh. Raids were conducted at Janab Fort View Apartments, Vishal Nagar, Hydershakote, where five drug dealers and consumers were apprehended.

    The arrested drug dealers were identified as Onuoha Blessing alias Joana Gomes, Jo, Azeez Noheem Adeshola, Allam Satya Venkata Gowtham, Sanaboina Varun Kumar, and Mohd Mahaboob Shareef. Two Nigerians, Divine Ebuka Suzee and Ezeonyili Franklin Uchenna, are currently absconding. Thirteen consumers in Hyderabad promoting a drug ecosystem have been identified, with Aman Preet Singh among them.

    To curb drug abuse in Hyderabad, the Narcotics Bureau has increased surveillance at Hyderabad Airport and is monitoring old offenders and absconding accused. The police discovered that Onuoha Blessing was frequently traveling to Hyderabad and had a history of drug offenses. Following a tip-off, the police raided the Janab Fort View Apartments and arrested the accused drug dealers.

    The kingpin of the gang, Divine Ebuka Suzee, is running a large syndicate in collaboration with the arrested drug dealers. Onuoha Blessing was used to transport drugs from Delhi to Hyderabad multiple times. Allam Satya supplied 2.6 kg of cocaine to consumers and peddlers over seven months, while Varun Kumar made Rs 6 lakh from drug trade during the same period.
