Communist Party of India national secretary K Narayana has requested both the Central and State governments to provide support to Vennela and her family from Station Ghanpur in Warangal district. Vennela recently had an accident and is currently in a coma.

Narayana highlighted the challenges faced by Indian students studying abroad, especially those from Telugu states. He mentioned that many students go to countries like America, Canada, Germany, and Australia for higher education or work, and often have insurance claims. However, students who work part-time or are looking for jobs after studies are at risk of accidents without insurance. The CPI secretary has written letters to the Prime Minister and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, urging the Government of India to establish a cell to assist Indian students facing difficulties abroad.

Vennela’s case was specifically mentioned by Narayana, emphasizing the need for government support for her medical treatment. The girl from Station Ghanpur has been in a coma for two months following the accident. It is crucial for the government to step in and provide assistance to Vennela and her family during this challenging time.
