The BRS party, led by K Chandrashekar Rao, is planning to revive the Telangana sentiment starting from Singareni. They are focusing on taking up a padayatra in the coal belt area and addressing the issues of unemployed youth in the upcoming days.

The BRS has been experiencing a loss of public representatives like MLAs and MLCs who have joined the Congress party. The party believes that highlighting the Singareni issue will help them revitalize the sentiment. They have shown support for the protests by Singareni staff against the Centre’s decision to auction off mines. After a poor performance in the recent Lok Sabha elections, the BRS aims to regain its stature through the Singareni route.

He warned that the Congress government may face significant opposition for failing to fulfill promises made to the people. KCR urged party leaders to join protests organized by unemployed individuals who feel let down by the government.

He also dismissed the idea of BJP gaining ground in Telangana, asserting that the BRS is poised to return to power in the state.
