MLC Challa Venkat Rami Reddy met with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad to discuss the development of Alampur Constituency. The MLC submitted a petition to the Chief Minister proposing several key initiatives.
Firstly, the MLC suggested upgrading the Raichur-Aiza-Shantinagar-Alam Nandikotkur-Srisailam Interstate Highway to a four-lane road. This improvement would benefit the Jogulamba Temple and enhance regional connectivity. Additionally, focus was placed on developing the Mallamma Kunta Reservoir and Vallur Reservoir in Alampur.
The petition also included a proposal to extend the Arogya Sri healthcare scheme to cover residents of Alampur and Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Furthermore, funds were requested for 100 packages related to the Nettempadu irrigation project.
Moreover, financial assistance was sought from the Chief Minister’s fund for the families of individuals who tragically died after bathing in the Krishna River. The petition emphasized the urgent need to support these grieving families.
