    District Collector Jitesh V. Patil urges collaboration to achieve goals of Sampurnata Abhiyan

    In Badradri Kothagudem district, Collector Jitesh V emphasized the importance of achieving the goals of NITI Aayog’s integrity campaign in a coordinated manner. The District Collector attended a program organized by NITI Aayog Aspirational District and Aspirational Mandal Aspirational Blog Program at Gundal. He also participated in an awareness rally and planted saplings at the government hospital.

    The District Collector announced that all Anganwadi Centers in the district will receive necessary infrastructure facilities. Officials were instructed to accurately record children’s weights, identify SAM/MAM children, provide vaccinations, and pay attention to prenatal care. Suggestions were made for community women to use sewing machines to make school uniforms efficiently.

    Efforts were made to enhance children’s learning by relating lessons to daily life. The goal is to elevate the district’s position in Sampurnat Abhiyan. Certificates were awarded to winning students in essay competitions, and pregnant women received support through the Women and Child Welfare Department’s Srimantam program.

    During the program, the Collector visited stalls set up by various departments and provided feedback. A visit to an Anganwadi center revealed discussions about improving facilities and setting up water storage tanks. The Collector also interacted with students at Kanchanapally sports school to understand their needs and infrastructure requirements.

    Local officials such as Additional Collector Vidyachandana, CPO Srinivasa Rao, and District Medical Officer Bhaskar Naik, among others, actively participated in the event.
