The State government in Hyderabad has lifted a ban on the transfer of government employees in all departments. The deadline for transfers is July 20, with the ban taking effect on July 21.

Priority will be given to husband and wife cases, employees with a 70% disability, and those with health issues. Employees retiring before June 30, 2025, can also opt for transfers. Those with mentally retarded children will be moved to areas with proper medical facilities. Departments will verify reasons for transfers based on medical and personal grounds.
