Nanal Nagar is currently experiencing significant traffic issues, primarily due to its narrow roads. The Olive Hospital junction is a major trouble spot where the tight roads lead to heavy congestion. U-turns, especially near Avalon Apartment, are adding to the chaos, making it difficult for the traffic police to manage the situation effectively.

The roads are extremely narrow for the volume of traffic coming from Gachibowli and Tolichowki, passing through Nanal Nagar on their way to the old city. There is only one major exit at Nanal Nagar junction for travelers from Suncity, Moinabad, and Narsingi, which is unable to cope with the heavy traffic.

The congestion is not limited to peak hours; it persists from 8 AM to midnight. Public transportation, such as autos, are refusing to enter Nanal Nagar due to the constant high traffic.

Residents are demanding government intervention, suggesting that widening the roads is the only solution to ease the traffic woes. The public hopes for a quick resolution to improve daily commutes and traffic flow in the area.
