The International Seed Testing Association (ISTA) is celebrating its centenary from July 1 to 5 in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Dr. Keshavaulu, the ISTA President, will lead the festivities.
Delegates from more than 80 countries have been invited to attend the celebrations, along with ministers from various nations. The five-day event will focus on discussions about seed development, promoting seed preservation for food security, and other technical topics.
As part of the centenary celebrations, Keshavulu, who is also the president of the Telangana Seed Certification Association, will plant a sapling in Cambridge to kick off the association’s milestone anniversary.
