The Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) in Hyderabad are planning to meet with the newly-elected Members of Parliament in their respective constituencies to discuss pending issues mentioned in the local parliament manifesto. They will be meeting with MPs from Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and Chevella parliamentary constituencies in the first week of July. The People’s Manifesto prepared by United Federation of Resident Welfare Associations, Greater Hyderabad highlighted various issues raised by citizens that need to be addressed by their MPs. The RWAs have already met with MLAs in their assembly constituencies to address civic issues outlined in citizen manifestos and plan to meet them again along with the MPs.
