Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy announced a new program to upgrade 65 ITIs as Advanced Technology Centres with the help of the Tata group. The cost of this initiative is Rs 2,324 crore. The foundation stone for the first Advanced Technology Centre (ATC) was laid at Mallepally in Hyderabad.

During the event, Revanth Reddy emphasized the importance of providing job opportunities to unemployed youth. He mentioned that government-owned ITIs have become unproductive and outdated skill development programs are not helping students find employment. The goal is to upgrade these ITIs to ATCs to address this issue.
