In Ranga Reddy district, Joint Deputy Transport Commissioner M Chandrashekhar Goud issued a strong warning to school bus operators. He stated that buses over 15 years old and not deemed fit for operation will not be allowed on the roads. If found in violation, the vehicles will be seized and action taken against the owners.

This warning comes as many bus owners who provide transportation to schools in the district are neglecting the fitness of their vehicles. This negligence could lead to traffic issues and endanger the lives of students. With schools reopening after a month-long break, it has been discovered that a large number of bus owners do not have the necessary fitness certificates.
