    Justice Patil Vasanth emphasized the importance of taking care of plants for the environment on World Environment Day. The event was organized by the District Legal Service Organization in Kothagudem, where Chief Justice Patil Vasanth, Secretary G. Bhanumathi, magistrates, prosecutors, and police officers planted saplings at the District Court.

    During his speech, Chief Justice Patil Vasanth highlighted the need to protect plants in order to prevent pollution and maintain a balanced climate. He urged everyone to reduce plastic usage and create a greener environment for future generations. He emphasized the duty of planting saplings to showcase the uniqueness of the environment. The Chief Justice also led a rally from the District Court to the Post Office Centre.

    The event was attended by various officials including Secretary G. Bhanumathi, magistrates B. Rama Rao, K. Sai Sri, V. Siva Naik, President of Kothagudem Bar Association Lakkineni Satyanarayana, Forest Divisional Officer U. Koteswara Rao, and others from the legal and forest departments. The rally saw participation from lawyers, court staff, forest staff, and other individuals committed to environmental protection.
