The Food Safety Department’s Task Force Team inspected dairy manufacturing units in Pasumamula village, Ranga Reddy district, and found violations. They visited Anitha Dairy Products and All Rich Dairy Private Limited, where they found several issues.

At Anitha Dairy Products, the manufacturing area had water stagnation and a bad smell. The plant was producing masala buttermilk packets without the required license. They seized 12 cartons of raw material labeled ‘Tadka paste 09122-01’. Inspectors also noted labeling problems, like missing manufacturer address details on packaging and expired reagents in the lab.

The microbiologist at the lab lacked proper qualifications, and some food handlers didn’t wear gloves. The factory didn’t have a transportation license, and the FSSAI license was not visible. At All Rich Dairy Private Limited, inspectors found 263 kilograms of unlabelled ghee and rust on transportation trolleys. They also observed water stagnation, no insect-proof screens, and food handlers without proper gear.
