A special Rudrabhisheka Puja was performed by the Ujjain President at Shaniswara Temple in Vaddeman village under Bijinepalli Mandal. The event took place on Vaisakha Shukla Padyame of Krodinama year. The Rudrabhishekam was conducted in a grand manner under the direction of temple chief priests Gavva Matam Vishwanatha Sastri and Sri Sailam Devasthan sub-chief priests Gavva Mataam Srisailam to Lord Brahma Sutra of Ujjain.
The Ujjain President was briefed about the temple’s uniqueness in Kannada and Maratha. It was mentioned that the temple was constructed in the area under the leadership of Gona Buddha Reddy Gona Ganna Reddy. Since then, various pujas have been regularly performed from Sandhya period to Pradosha period. Many devotees, including temple priests and committee members, participated in the program.
The temple chief priests explained the significance of the temple to the Ujjain President and highlighted its historical importance. The construction of the temple was credited to Gona Buddha Reddy Gona Ganna Reddy. Regular pujas have been conducted in the temple from evening to night without interruption. The event saw a large turnout of devotees, as well as temple priests and committee members who were part of the ceremony.
