In the elections for Karimnagar and Peddapalli parliamentary seats, there was a three-way fight between the BJP, Congress, and BRS parties. The candidates included Bandi Sanjay from BJP, Velichala Rajender Rao from Congress, and Boinapalli Vinod Kumar from BRS. The election campaign lasted for almost a month, with leaders like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and CM Revanth Reddy participating to support their respective parties.

In Peddapalli constituency, Gomase Srinivas from BJP, Gaddam Vamsikrishna from Congress, and K Eashwar from BRS were the candidates. Initially, things seemed to be in favor of the Congress candidate, but a shift in political dynamics and BRS votes moving to BJP changed the situation. BJP gained momentum through campaigning by national leaders like Nadda and Bhajan Lal Sharma, giving tough competition to the Congress candidate.
