The total number of voters in the seven constituencies of Khammam Parliament is 16,31,039, with Khammam having the highest number of voters at 3,24,073. In the recent Assembly elections, Congress secured victories for seven seats.
In the most recent Khammam assembly elections, Congress received 1,36,016 votes, BRS received 86,635 votes, and Janasena received 4,040 votes with BJP backing. Overall, Congress received 54% of the vote in the seven constituencies of Khammam Parliament.
