Student organisations at Osmania University recently held a meeting to discuss water shortages and electricity problems on campus. One student leader, Valigonda Narasimha, accused the former State government of conspiring to create these issues within the university.
Narasimha claimed that administrative decisions over the past decade have hindered the university’s operations and imposed unnecessary restrictions without proper communication. He also alleged that notifications important for the welfare of SC, ST, BC, and minority students were not being issued, leading to negative impacts on their lives. As a result, students are now calling on the current government to provide assistance.
