Dairy science students from Nagar Kurnool Government Science Degree College recently went on a field trip to a milk cooling center in Uyyalawada village. The trip was led by their lecturer, Dasharatham.
During the visit, the students observed the milk collection process and learned about how prices are determined. They were also taught about measuring fat content in milk using SMFs, as well as the centrifugation process.
