Telangana is currently experiencing a situation similar to the old practice of ‘Aya Rams Gaya Rams’ from the North. With the elections approaching, there is a lot of political maneuvering happening in the state.
There are rumors that some BRS leaders are considering leaving the party to join either the BJP or the Congress. K Keshava Rao and his daughter Gadwal Vijayalakshmi, who are key figures in the BRS Parliamentary Party, are said to be leaning towards joining the Congress.
Vijayalakshmi is interested in joining the Congress to keep her position as Mayor, while Keshava Rao is still unsure as he holds important roles within the BRS. Another senior leader, T Srinivas Yadav, is also reportedly looking at joining the Congress due to his dissatisfaction with the BRS for not giving a ticket to his son in the past election.
Additionally, other BRS leaders like Koneru Konappa and A Indrakaran Reddy from Adilabad district are also considering leaving the party. Konappa has already resigned from the BRS amid these speculations.
